Een goed moment dus voor een langere rit, deze keer zelfs met hoogtemeters!<\/p>\n<p>In de eerste vijftig kilometer zal je je klein blad niet nodig hebben. Via de fietsostrade rijden we naar Mechelen. Daarna volgen we de Demervallei richting Bonheiden, Rijmenam, Tremelo en Werchter. Wie deze zomer in de Alpen of Vogezen was, zal eens goed lachen met de rimpels in het landschap die daarna volgen. Wie berust heeft in trainingen langs het Albertkanaal, zal toch verschieten van de stijgingspercentages op de Heikantberg, de Muur van Wezemaal, de Muur van Aarschot of de Schoonhovendreef. Op de terugweg doen we ook de Helling van Heist op den Berg aan. Daarna is het berg- en windaf tot in Bar Leon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikeleon.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BL_180902_111km_Aarschot.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1274\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bikeleon.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BL_180902_111km_Aarschot.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1182\" height=\"471\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bikeleon.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BL_180902_111km_Aarschot.png 1182w, https:\/\/www.bikeleon.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BL_180902_111km_Aarschot-300x120.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bikeleon.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BL_180902_111km_Aarschot-768x306.png 768w, https:\/\/www.bikeleon.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BL_180902_111km_Aarschot-1024x408.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>De laatste ritten zijn we amper onder de honderd kilometer geweest. Voor de meesten zou 111 kilometer (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/9gbd0o0qgm2w737\/BL_180902_Aarschot_111km.gpx?dl=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GPX<\/a>) dan ook geen enkel probleem mogen zijn. Als je de conditie niet vertrouwt of graag op tijd terug in Borgerhout bent, kan je \u00e9\u00e9n van drie afkortingen nemen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een route van 71 km (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/yq76i6o764r7oy8\/BL_180902_Bonheiden_71km.gpx?dl=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GPX<\/a>) brengt je tot in Bonheiden. Splitsing na 31 km. Naar huis via knooppunten en\/of GPS.<\/li>\n<li>Een route van 97 km (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/jjkfora6fplzgrx\/BL_180902_Aarschot_97kmzonderhellingen.gpx?dl=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GPX<\/a>) vermijdt alle hellingen in de buurt van Aarschot. Splitsing na 43 km. Zeven kilometer jaagpad langs de Demer tot ring van Aarschot. Daar even wachten op de bergbeklimmers of verder rijden met GPS.<\/li>\n<li>Een route van 64 km (GPX lange route) doet alle hellingen in de buurt van Aarschot aan. Naar huis met de trein Aarschot-Antwerpen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Neem ook een kijkje op onze website. Op de kalender prijken nu ook ritten voor de komende weken.
